My grocery deal this week was 6 boxes of Pop Tarts for 45 cents each, a savings of 84%. Safeway had them on a Super Coupon for 3 for $3 and I had six 55 cents off coupons. Albertson's honors the Safeway coupons, so I got my limit (3) at both Alby's and Safeway. They aren't great nutrition, but as far as something quick for my boys to grab in the a.m. when they are running late, or in the afternoon when they are heading to swim practice, they are great to have.
The lady in line behind me at Albertson's yesterday was SO impressed when I saved $60 and only spent $29. I must admit I was feeling pretty good, too!
